Many of our customers supply us forecast data. We in turn, determine and negotiate
with the customer appropriate min/max inventory levels.
Customers then release quantity
desired by faxing, calling, mailing release or inventory cards. We are implementing a KANBAN
system for our raw materials. Bar coding, under 128 formatting system. |

90% is subcontracted. We use approximately 3 toolmakers. 10% is built in-house. We have an in-house
tool shop with mills and lathes. Most tool maintenance work is performed in-house. We are a full service
manufacturer including material selection and development, design, prototyping, production, and
after-market or service. We utilize SolidWorks CAD software. |
